Jaideep Padalwar is a first-time author, whose journey to writing has been anything but conventional. With an academic foundation in electrical engineering and a career in the corporate world, Jaideep has always been a seeker of meaning, beyond the confines of spreadsheets, presentations and emails.
Born in India, he grew up navigating a world full of expectations and aspirations, and this experience deeply influenced his debut book, Engineering the Australian Dream. He started writing it to document a series of personal struggles, but along the way, it evolved into a story of accomplishments, showing his relentless pursuit of a dream to stay in Australia.
His brother’s unwavering support also played a significant role in shaping this book.
